Honkomtsu Stone Jizo

A unique and elegant Jizo made from premium HonKomatsu stone. It is hand-carved called “Mushiri Shiage” from the stone surface. It is finished with exquisite form by first-class stonemasons. These statues resemble Jizo, a Buddhist monk who reached enlightenment. Called O-Jizo-san or O-Jizo-sama, they are guardian deity of children and travelers.
